Who is OneBunch for?

OneBunch is for startups, SMEs, marketers, creative agencies, freelancers, entrepreneurs – just about anyone who needs cost-effective, high quality graphic design services, on an ongoing basis.

What does "unlimited design" mean?
Unlimited graphic design means you don’t have to pay hourly or per project. Create as many design projects as you need, and we’ll complete them in your set order. Once a project is completed, we’ll start the next in your queue same-day.
Which countries does OneBunch cover?
OneBunch serves clients from around the world! Our team works remotely with you, wherever you are, to take design off your to-do list. So whether you’re working from one location, or on the move, we’ve got you covered.
How do I know which plan is right for me?

We can help you! Just contact us and we’ll recommend a plan for you based on you and your team’s needs as well as your expected design volume and velocity. Let’s find the best option, together.

What is the Greatness?
We name the capacity of our services with three Greatness levels: Great, Greater and Greatest. Greatness levels determine the speed, size and quality of services you will receive. Please see our pricing page for more information.
Why are there separate Video and Web plans?
If the services in the Brand Plans do not meet your needs and you have specific needs, we have developed plans for you where you can purchase only Web & Mobile, only Video or both. You can purchase these plans separately or combine them with other plans.
How many tasks will my team work on each day?
In the Great option, your design team will have 1 ongoing task for you and will dedicate 2-2.5 hours each working day to complete your requests. If you need higher volume output and faster turnaround, you should consider the Greater and Greatest options. This means you will spend an additional 2-2.5 hours to complete your requests. As your team completes tasks, you’ll see them move from “In Progress” to “Under Review” and new requests begin.
What design file formats does OneBunch provide?
We work in compatibility with all current and modern file formats. If you need your design files in any specific format, just let your Project Manager know when you make the request; they will also provide them in these formats.
What details should my design request include?

Basically, we ask for your input across three simple areas:

  1. Describe the design you need.
  2. Select your brand profile.
  3. Attach any assets, images, and copy needed.

 

It is recommended to upload the Brand Assets with brand files such as logos, colors, fonts, and images. This will ensure your designer(s) stay on-brand over and over. You can create unlimited Brand Profiles, so requesting designs for multiple brands is even easier!

How many revisions can I get per task? Is there a limit?
There is no limit to mission revisions; However, keep in mind that in the Great option, tasks will be worked on one by one, so the task must be finalized/approved and the notification must be closed before starting a new task. We would like to point out that 2 tasks can be in progress at the same time in the Greater option and 3 tasks in the Greatest option.
My business is rapidly expanding. Can you keep up?
Definitely. If you need more than one output to meet all your design needs, you can increase the Greatness of your plan at any time. You can also cancel them at any time; This means you can scale up and down quickly. If you need a completely custom plan, you can always contact us and we can develop a custom plan for you. With every additional subscription you add, you’ll increase the number of printouts you get and the speed at which you can get them.
Is there a contract I have to sign?
No, we do not have any contracts. Our service is provided on a subscription basis for a fixed fee.
Do I own the rights to the designs?
We do all our work for you and only for you. If you are not in the free trial period, once you receive the files, you have full ownership of the files and are free to use them as you wish.
What are OneBunch's business hours?

OneBunch is based on CET and EST and works with experienced designers from all over Europe and United States. Depending on the Greatness level you choose, the time it takes to respond to your request and reachable time of our support team may vary. Please see our plans.

Where are the team located?

OneBunch’s HQ is in Germany, and operates in CET and EST. Our design team members, meanwhile, are full-time OneBunch employees, who work from our offices in different time zones. Together we ensure that our clients get timely responses to their inquiries, and have their design requests fulfilled as quickly as they need them to be.

OneBunch does not outsource work, or work with freelancers, as an important part of our service is being able to provide consistently high-quality designs to our clients.

What languages do you speak?
We speak German, English and Turkish.

Do I own the rights to the designs?
We do all our work for you and only for you. If you are not in the free trial period, once you receive the files, you have full ownership of the files and are free to use them as you wish.
What's the cost of owning source files created during the free trial?
Please note that we don’t send the source files to those trial users who don’t continue with a subscription. But if you don’t have any more tasks and want to get the completed designs, you can easily buy them.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the design?
Sure! You can get a full refund during the first 7 days of your subscription, which is your trial period. There is no refund on our Marketing Plans.
Which method of payment can I use?
We do not accept cash, cheques, money transfers, or Paypal as methods of payment. At the moment we only accept credit cards. Feel free to contact us on our live chat if you have any questions about payments.
What if I want to stop the engagement, how do I cancel?
Just send a message to your assigned project manager to end the interaction; We will process it immediately. There is also an option on the OB Portal where you can terminate your plan immediately. However, there is no prorated billing or refunds for all customers, so your contract end date will be the payment due date according to your contract.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the design?
Sure! You can get a full refund during the first 7 days of your subscription, which is your trial period. There is no refund on our Marketing Plans.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! What you see is what you pay! Everything is included.
