No, we do not have any contracts. Our service is provided on a subscription basis for a fixed fee.

OneBunch’s HQ is in Miami, FL, and operates in EST and CET. Our design team members, meanwhile, are full-time OneBunch employees, who work from our offices in different time zones. Together we ensure that our clients get timely responses to their inquiries, and have their design requests fulfilled as quickly as they need them to be.

OneBunch does not outsource work, or work with freelancers, as an important part of our service is being able to provide consistently high-quality designs to our clients.

We understand that you may not have enough design requests to keep your subscription fully active every month. Perhaps you only have one or two design tasks at the moment. That’s when pausing your subscription becomes useful.

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and you spent half of your monthly hours, then decide to pause your subscription, your billing cycle will be paused. You will have 10 days of service remaining and half of your monthly hours, which you can use anytime in the future.

Paused subscriptions have a maximum pause duration of 365 days. If the subscription is not resumed by the account owner within 365 days, it will automatically be restarted.
